ArtEditor.art is a free, browser-based image conversion and optimization tool. The service includes WebP conversion, batch image optimization, resizing, and related image processing utilities — all running locally in your web browser.

The service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue via Google AdSense. No payment, subscription, or account registration is required to use any feature of the service.

We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use ArtEditor.art for:

• Personal use — personal projects, hobby work, and non-commercial activities.
• Commercial use — professional projects, client work, e-commerce, and business applications.
• Unlimited processing — there is no cap on the number of images you may process.

You may not resell, relicense, or distribute ArtEditor.art itself as a standalone product without written permission from BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD.

You retain full copyright and ownership of all images you process using ArtEditor.art. We make no claim to any intellectual property rights in your images. Processing your images through our tool does not transfer, license, or assign any rights to us.

ArtEditor.art, including its source code, user interface, and branding, is owned by BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service itself.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD. expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. As a free utility service, we provide no service level agreement (SLA) and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, images, or files during processing;
• Loss of profits or revenue;
• Browser or device compatibility issues;
• Interruptions or errors in the service.

In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Because the service is free, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed SGD $0.

You agree not to use ArtEditor.art to:

• Process images that are illegal, defamatory, or violate third-party rights;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure;
• Circumvent or interfere with any security or access controls;
• Use automated tools to bulk-access the service in a manner that disrupts availability for other users.

Since all processing occurs locally in your browser, BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD. has no technical visibility into what images you process. Responsibility for complying with applicable laws regarding image content rests entirely with you.

ArtEditor.art displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These advertisements help us maintain the service for free. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how advertising cookies are used.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the service after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will endeavor to provide notice via the website.
